The Restaurant
At Couran Cove Island Resort's signature restaurant, the views are as delicious as the food. Breathtaking Gold Coast sunsets colour the sky over the resort's marina to the West making The Restaurant’s superb outlook as memorable as the menu – a perfect setting for a perfect evening
The Restaurant's fresh local ingredients are the foundation of our contemporary Australian menus and reflect the 'healthy living' focus of the entire resort.
A previous winner of the Restaurant and Catering Gold Coast - Best Modern Australian Restaurant award, our ever changing and always appealing menus present tempting dinner choices and offer the best in local produce and local seafood, all complemented by a superb selection of wines.
Children's menus are readily available and our specially compiled tasting menu is a joy for those who want to try a little bit of everything. Best of all our chefs are only too happy to cook up your own special 'catch of the day' should you land the 'big one' during your stay.
Dining in The Restaurant for that special group occasion, with family, friends or work colleagues, is now available with our group Table D' Hote menu.
Whether enjoying the casual elegance inside or relaxing on the surrounding decks, The Restaurant offers a stylish dining experience to be savoured and remembered.

Boardwalk Bar & Cafe'
The Boardwalk Bar & Cafe is the Resort's central bar and meeting place. Situated in the heart of the Resort's recreational area, the Boardwalk Bar & Cafe has something for everyone.
By day, choose from a range of Asian influenced cafe meals or, for light meals while 'on the run', a selection of gourmet sandwiches. Enjoy coffees, specialty teas and freshly squeezed juices and indulge in a selection of mouth-watering cakes and desserts.
By night the Boardwalk Bar & Cafe boasts a diverse menu with an international flavour. Take your pick from our delicious evening snack menu and enjoy a refreshing cocktail while relaxing in the tranquil surrounds.
Cafe meals are served from 11am to 10pm daily with bar service and snacks every evening until late. We have Happy Hour each afternoon and plasma screens for your favourite sporting event and live music add to the holiday ambience most weekends.

Poolside Cafe' at Spa Island
Nestled in an oasis of swimming pools at the heart of the lagoon, our Poolside Cafe offers a vast selection of a -la-carte meals.
Get your day off to the best possible start with our early morning hot buffet breakfast which includes fresh fruit, freshly baked muffins and pastries and eggs cooked any way you like. Savour a satisfying lunch time snack from the comfort of your sun lounge or join friends at the open air café. Later wind down at our superb evening Spa Island grill – cooked to order while you enjoy the fresh salad bar.
With full bar service, freshly mixed juices and shakes and a range of scrumptious snacks available, relax on your poolside lounge and enjoy the 360 degree views of the surrounding lagoon.
Open daily from 7am, our Poolside Cafe is a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy at anytime of the day.

General Store
Our General Store stocks a variety of grocery items such as fresh fruit and vegetables, delicatessen items, dairy products, juices, basic pharmaceutical products, sunscreen, toiletries, books, newspapers, children’s toys, clothing, ice creams and freshly baked bread. We also sell beer, wine, pre-mixed spirits and soft drinks. However, tobacco products (including cigarettes) are not sold at the resort.
Located in the Nature Cabin/Gwondabah precinct, the store is open seven days a week from 9am to 6pm.
Also within the General Store building is our Gift Shop where you'll find gift ideas, resort gear and Australian designed artifects and holiday essentials you may have forgotten to pack. There is also a wide range of souvenirs available to remind you of your stay at Couran Cove Island Resort.
In-Room Dining
Our 'Dining at Home' service allows you to enjoy a range of fresh, family styled takeaway meals in the comfort of your own room.
Delivered direct to your door, our Continental Breakfast Box containing juice, cereal, fresh fruit, yoghurt, pastries and preserves offers a healthy European option.
Available for home delivery during the afternoon and evening is a selection of salads, wood fired pizzas, tasty sides and delicious desserts.
Also available for delivery is our Mini Bar pack which offers a range of wine, beer, soft drinks, chips and chocolate – along with a cooler bag if a mini-picnic is on the agenda.
This handy service operates daily from 7am to 12 noon (breakfast) and 12 noon until 10.30pm (afternoon and evening meals).
